On this point I enclose copy of a Minute
by the Attorney-General dated 24th. July, 1900, and a copy of
a Minute by the Crown Solicitor dated 13th. May, 1901.
This last Minute shows that the appeal to
the Privy Council has been definitely abandoned.

whether the principle at stake cannot be raised again in some
inclosure 5 24th July, 1900.
